Business Design
The “Business Design” phase is essential in deciding on the goals for implementation, making the important considerations for accomplishing said goals, deciding on a course of action to resolve issues, and eventually creating a system instrumental in management. Our exclusive User-Direct Methodology® for system implementation places Business Design into our upstream development processes, and by conducting prototyping for quick installation and checks while incorporating input from frontline users into the system at the same time, we are able to implement said systems for an entire company all along the same trajectory.

  • We do not use vendors or subcontractors from any other companies; we form teams made up of our own full-time employees for each client and they are fully responsible for providing and carrying out the services we offer.

In 2012—15 years after our establishment— we had served a total of 100 companies, increasing that number to 180 in 2021.
