• Softes explained the process of proposed software, covering its various features and settings with a story-like progression that made it easy to visualize and better understand everything. Also the Softes team didn’t just explain the features, they went so far as to explain how each of them would be helpful in carrying out our work, so that in turn gave us a clearer image of the benefits.
• The way Softes took stock of our business operations, examining what duties were actually necessary and devising a vision to work toward, was incredibly helpful and it’s something we want to capitalize on going forward.
• Softes informed us of opportunities for improvement whenever they found them, so we are greatly satisfied with their work. No matter which consultant we worked with, the quality of service was always consistent and quite high compared to the vendors we had worked with before.
• In addition to monthly updates, Softes holds an annual briefing session for us and we are able to share the effectiveness of commissioning maintenance work to them throughout the company. This is great for us and we would like to continue working with them in the future.
• When we ask Softes questions, we get immediate answers that include causes, and the basis for the answer, and also expected effects on other systems and operations. That alone is fantastic.
• Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we are receiving excellent support. It feels as if response rate has not changed.
